Suriya's production ventrue Kadaikutty Singham (Chinna Babu in Telugu), had a success meet earlier today and the actor-producer who had bankorlled the film for his brother Karthi, ended up pulling off a generous gesture at the event. Suriya's production company 2D Entertainment and his charitable trust Agaram Foundation donated a whopping Rs. 1 crore and 10 lakh for the betterment of agriculture in our country and a cheque containing the amount was handed over to farmers by the team.
A rural drama, Kadaikutty Singham is based on the lives of farmers and all their plights, and the film's team has been continuously advocating ideas for the betterment of the farmers since the film began. It was also revealed that the profits from the movie's collection is what is being donated as a return to the farming community by Suriya's Agaram Foundation.
