Vijay TV's reality show Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6, hosted by Kamal Haasan recently concluded and contestant Azeem ended up taking home the winning title, a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs and a surprise prize of a brand new Maruti Brezza SUV car. Mohammed Azeem is a TV actor and his win at the end of the show stirred up strong opinions from a section of Tamil Twitter. While this isn't new post any Bigg Boss title win, the murmurs surrounding Azeem's 'controversial' win has not died down yet.

Amidst all this, Azeem via his team-handled-social media page has announced that he is keeping his promise of donating half his winning cash prize i.e. Rs. 25 lakhs to a charitable cause. Azeem has asked for Tamil kids (' guardians) who have lost their parents due to Coronavirus COVID-19 to come forward for help. The actor has said that their information will be verified and money directly deposited to their bank account.
Azeem has also declared that once the donations are done, details of the same will be posted on social media, redacting sensitive information. The BB Tamil 6 winner is doing this charitable move for the education of these children, who currently stand without any parental support.
