After hinting of a 'big surprise' on July 24, 2024, team Andhagan has now announced the coming together The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT) actors Vijay, Prashanth and Prabhu Deva, for actor Prasahanth's August 15 release Andhagan: The Pianist. 

Sharing the image above, actor Prashanth took to his X page this Sunday evening to write, "Coming Tomorrow (July 22, 2024) A Big Announcement From the Team of #AndhaganThePianist Be Ready (sic)". Actor Prashanth has now revealed that a promotional single titled The Andhagam Anthem, will be unveiled by actor Vijay on July 24, 2024 (Wednesday).

The Andhagan Anthem has concept, visualization by Prabhu Deva, is choreographed by Sandy and is sung by music composer Anirudh Ravichander, and actor Vijay Sethupathi. A crime-thriller directed by veteran actor Thiyagarajan, Andhagan is produced by Prashanth and Thiyagarajan's home banner Tiagharajan Production.

The movie has Santhosh Narayanan for music and also stars Simran, Priya Anand among others. Andhagan: The Pianist is a remake of Sriram Raghavan's multiple National award winning Hindi hit Andhadhun (2018). The movie is inspired from L'Accordeur (The Piano Tuner), a 2010 French short film about a blind pianist.
