As reported by MovieCrow previously, the shooting of actress Nayanthara's upcoming movie actor Kavin has officially been updated to have begun shooting on July 22, 2024 i.e. today. Director Vishnu Edavan who is making his debut with this film, took to his X page to write,

"For my Nayanthara maam and my Kavin brother, the journey begins today, thank you so so much Lalith sir (producer of the film)"

Sharing an image of Kavin and Nayanthara, Vishnu Edavan also confirmed film's technical crew as Jen Martin for music, Leon Britto for cinematography, Brinda for choreography, Kavya Sriram for costume design, and Sivam C Kabilan for publicity designs.

Firstly I'm happy that @VishnuEdavan1 is becoming a director and even happier to be part of his debut.

Teaming up with @JenMartinmusic for the third time is pure joy, and I trust this album will be loved by all.
