Two months since it was revealed that actors Naaser and Abhirami are part of Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam's Thug Life cast, makers Raaj Kamal Films International, Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies and Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies, have now officially welcomed them on board. Abhirami plays Rangaraya Sakthivel Nayakar aka Kamal Haasan's wife in Thug Life, while Silambarasan TR plays the duo's son.  

Kamal Haasan and Abhirami had famously played the lead pair in the hit rustic action drama Virumaandi (2004). Thug Life marks Kamal Haasan, Abhirami's reunion after 20 years.

Actor Nasser on the other hand, has been a regular in both Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam movies.
