With a few hours left for Vettaiyan's worldwide premiere, the team that works behind the scenes is all ready for the Rajinikanth starrer's October 10 release. Vettaiyan editor Philomin Raj took to his social media pages on Wednesday to share stills of the Vettaiyan technical crew.
Vettaiyan director TJ Gnanavel, and music composer Anirudh Ravichander could be spotted with the crew. Editor Philomin captioned his post, "Loaded #vettaiyan 🔥🔥🔥"
Previously at the Vettaiyan audio launch, editor Philomin Raj who debuted in 2017 revealed that his goal for his film career was to do a Rajinikanth film within 10 years i.e. by 2027. "I was 10 years old when I used to help my father with grinding peanuts and taking it to the mill. (During that time) he took me to a theater one day. It was the first movie of my life and the poster that I saw was of Murattu Kaalai (released in 1980). There are no words to expressing the happiness of doing a film for the same hero, who was the first hero I saw on screen."

Cinematographer SR Kathir had said at the same event that TJ Gnanavel told him the one line of Vettaiyan during Jai Bhim (2021) shooting, and believed that a star actor of Rajinikanth's stature would be impactful in helping the story reach a wider audience. SR Kathir also expressed happiness in being able to not just capture Amitabh Bachchan in his first Tamil, but Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan together in their onscreen reunion after 3 decades plus.
