Dream Warrior Pictures, the banner behind Suriya 45 made its first official announcement on the project with a title poster.

The multi-faceted RJ Balaji who with Suriya 45 is directing a big star actor for the first time, took to his social media pages to write, "#Suriya45 🖤We promise you all a BLOCKBUSTER entertainer🔥@actorsuriya ❤️ @arrahman 🐐@prabhu_sr 🤝 @dreamwarriorpictures 🎬"

Horse is a big theme in Suriya 45, as the poster prefacing the movie came with a horse shoe mark, and the Suriya 45 title poster in itself came with the partial image of a white horse. The presence of Thiruneeru-decorated sickles with bells, and Lord Murugan's Vel hints of Madurai Ayyanar also being a focal theme.
