Amaran starring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead is a biopic drama on Indian army major Mukund Varadarajan AC (P), and the film released in theaters on October 31, 2024, marking Diwali. In North America, Amaran opened to up to a good start collecting $200K i.e. Rs. 1.68 Cr. on day 1.

Prime Media has now officially updated that Amaran's collections has now crossed $300K i.e. Rs. 2.52 Cr. at the USA and Canada box-office. 

Amaran is written and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, and is produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, and Sony Pictures International Productions. Amaran also stars Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose among others, and has GV Prakash for music, CH Sai for cinematography, Anbariv, Stefan Ritcher for the stunts, and R. Nirmal for edits.
