Allu Aravind, Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi: Release Date for "Thandel" Locked!
As excitement for Amaran grows, the team behind Thandel, Sai Pallavi's next starring Naga Chaitanya, has officially confirmed a release date. Thandel, directed by Chandoo Mondeti, will be released on February 7, 2025, rather than the previously planned Sankranthi release date. Thandel will be widely released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, with the goal of captivating audiences across the country.
At an event featuring the lead actors and producer Allu Aravind, director Chandoo Mondeti revealed that only 10 days of filming remain for the romantic drama. With plans for a pan-India release, the team is expected to kick off promotions soon.
Chaitanya is said to play a fisherman from the Srikakulam shore who is captured by the Pakistani army. Devi Sri Prasad created the film's soundtrack, while Shamdat did the cinematography.
Chandoo Mondeti and Naga Chaitanya have collaborated before on Premam (2016) and Savyasachi (2018). Mondeti, whose Kartikeya 2 recently received a National Award, is likely to bring his distinct vision to Thandel, making it one of the most anticipated releases in early 2025.
