Actor Ajith has completed dubbing for his Pongal, 2025 release Vidaamuyarchi in Baku, Azerbaijan. A snap of Ajith Kumar with Vidaamuyarchi director Magizh Thirumeni was unveiled over the weekend to announce the same. Previously we had reported that the Anirudh Ravichander composed Vidaamuyarchi first single will release in the second week of December, 2024.

On Monday, sources close to the team reiterated that the team is looking to release the Vidaamuyarchi first single this week. A Lyca Productions venture, Vidaamuyarchi is a remake of the Hollywood road thriller Breakdown (1997), and also stars Trisha, Arjun, Regina Cassandra, Aarav, among others.
